I WANT TO GO HOME

Embark on a whimsical journey with a bright yellow balloon that dares to venture beyond the familiar confines of home. This balloon treads through the bustling crowd, each step a tug between curiosity and apprehension. A yellow balloon is used to symbolise people with social anxiety.

In the midst of the crowd, our yellow companion feels the weight of fatigue, a poignant reminder of the struggles that accompany the journey of self-discovery. The well-inflated balloon has a tense surface, suggesting that every encounter, like a touch against its tense surface, evokes a mixture of nervousness and defensiveness. Yet beneath the fragile exterior lies a deep longing for connection, understanding and the warmth of genuine communication.

Ultimately, after traversing the maze of external challenges, the weary balloon finds solace in the embrace of home. More than just an adventure, it's a metaphor for the delicate dance between the desire for social interaction and the protective instincts that accompany social anxiety.

I never feel bored when I am on my own.

I like to be alone, but sometimes I long for the crowd.

When I walk through the crowd, I remain silent and no one              notices me.

I want to go home.

Do they seem interested in me? I'm so nervous!

Phew! I'm home.

It feels good to be home!
